MACKIE AGM OUTCOME 6/6/2018

Hi to our Mackie Family.

Disappointly we had a very small attendance at our annual AGM tonight held at the Bentleigh RSL and as a result we didn’t have the minimum amount of members present to conduct the AGM.

As a result we have had to defer the AGM for 3 weeks time. New date/time details are below:-

Date – Wednesday 27th June 2018, 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start.

Venue – Meeting room next to Bistro Bentleigh Rsl

All committee positions will be open for election. Please forward expressions of interest for a position on the committee to myself @ email Darren.Fennell2@anz.com or ph 0413253890

To ensure we have the minimum numbers required for a quorum, I would appreciate you confirming your attendance/non-attendance to me by no later than Wednesday 20/6/2018.

This is a great opportunity to have a say in the future of our great club and for members to raise any issues and suggestions for areas of improvement next season.
